The experience gained from working with many application software packages, from many companies, for many years, taught us that it is difficult, if not impossible to maintain the “hands on” package expertise required to provide successful implementation services; however, our experience has also proven that the underlying business requirements have changed very little over time. What has changed is the underlying infrastructure and technology required to enable these business requirements.
